Technology is an important tool in our learning and teaching programs
We have a strong commitment to the development of skills and attitudes in the use of learning technologies throughout the school.
- All learning spaces have access to laptop computers and the Internet to enhance learning and teaching, with interactive whiteboards located strategically throughout the school to improve student and teacher interaction
- Across the curriculum students develop skills in the use of various forms of technology, e.g. computer applications, data projectors, digital cameras and scanners
- A bank of computers is available in the library to assist students in research and other projects
- Students access Google Apps for educational purposes to create, collaborate and share their learnings.
St Mary’s Primary offers an ideal environment for learning, with refurbished and air-conditioned flexible learning spaces that have been designed and resourced to support learning for the 21st century. In addition, ample shaded and grassed areas are available for recreation and outdoor learning.
