There’s no better way for students to express the principles of Catholic social teaching than to stand together with their peers and teachers at school in support of those most in need.
Throughout the year St Mary's Primary School is heavily involved social justice initiatives including:
- the Caritas Project Compassion Lenten appeal
- St Vincent De Paul Winter appeal
- Catholic Mission appeal during Mission Week, and
- a St Vincent De Paul Christmas Hamper appeal.
The student leadership team play a important role in organising these drives and initiatives.
